We’re loving the stunning new music video from dance music legend Giorgio Moroder and Pop Princess Kylie Minogue for their latest catchy dance anthem, Right Here, Right Now. Directed by Daniel Börjesson and filmed in Los Angeles, Minogue, at 46, looks sensational in the clip (does this woman ever age??) and takes the front seat in the video whilst you only get to see occasional glimpses of Moroder standing at his decks.
Mororder has been making waves again in the dance music world after returning to the spotlight two years ago with his work on Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories album, for which he won his 4th Grammy Award (Album of the Year). Right Here, Right Now is taken from his first solo album in 30 years – 74 is the New 24 – which will feature collaborations from Britney Spears, Sia, Charli XCX, Mikky Ekko, Foxes, Matthew Koma, and many more.
Speaking about his return to the dance floor, Giorgio said: “Dance music doesn’t care where you live. It doesn’t care who your friends are. It doesn’t care how much money you make. It doesn’t care if you’re 74 or if you are 24 because… 74 is the new 24!”
Moroder, credited with pioneering synth disco and electronic dance music, has collaborated with Donna Summer, Deborah Harry, Phil Oakley, Irene Cara, David Bowie, Berlin and many others.
74 Is The New 24 will be out in the spring via RCA.
