Lovato’s boyfriend has been a real support for her over personal issues she has struggled with. “It’s been difficult. I almost went back to rehab for my eating disorder last summer. I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time,” Demi told Fitness magazine. “Wilmer noticed and called me out on it, which was a relief. I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it. Now I’m on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It’s teaching me portion control.”
This music video was supposed to be uploaded on January 13th, 2015 but Demi released it early as a gift for her fans – she uploaded the video to Twitter on Christmas eve saying, “Thank you all so much for the most amazing year yet! My Lovatics are truly the best. #Nightingale.”
The track originally debuted last year on her album Demi – along with her other hit singles, Heart Attack, Made In The U.S.A., Neon Lights and Really Don’t Care.
